Terms of Service
AIDOClaw is in Early Access. This page lists the terms that apply while you use the service during this phase.
Product status
AIDOClaw is being built. Features may change, be added, or removed during development.
Early Access is an invitation-based program — slots are limited and prioritized for businesses fitting the use case.
Service commitments
During Early Access we do not commit to an SLA for uptime, response time, or specific feature roadmap.
When the product officially launches (post-Early Access), new terms will replace this page and include explicit SLA clauses.
Your responsibilities
Do not use AIDOClaw for purposes that violate Vietnamese law or the policies of integrated platforms (Telegram, API providers).
Do not reverse engineer or redistribute AIDOClaw code or prompt structures to third parties.
Intellectual property
Code, design, prompt engineering, and the AIDOClaw brand belong to AIDO Groups.
Data you submit (survey answers, booking info) belongs to you — we are only the processor.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes (if any) shall first be resolved through negotiation, then through the competent courts in Ho Chi Minh City.
